In the cycling industry, performance and comfort are paramount. Bike saddles are no exception, connecting rider and rig. However, saddle soreness and sweat can strip the joy from your journey, and the industry’s reliance on synthetic materials often compromises your experience and the environment.
Crafted from New Zealand’s strong wool, Helix redefines your ride by tackling the discomforts that synthetics miss. The saddle’s resilient felted wool padding gives purpose to shorter fibres, a by-product of the wool industry. This padding, in combination with the raised rear profile, cradles the sit bones while a hidden shell cutout relieves pressure on the soft tissue.
The grooved Superfelt upper keeps riders cool when it’s hot, while effortlessly managing moisture for a dryer, odour-free ride. And when its journey ends, Helix’s wool returns to the earth, closing the loop for future adventures.
